By using SILink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
1 · Service Overview
SILink is a semantic intelligence platform operated by Semantic Intelligence Limited (a New Zealand registered company · hereinafter "We"). Services include:
- AI conversations (Xiao Yu / Atlas dual personas)
- Semantic intelligence (SID) analysis and reports
- Cross-cultural naming and brand consulting
- China enterprise intelligence and compliance verification
- Membership plans and value-added services
2 · Account Registration
2.1 · You must be at least 16 years old to register a SILink account.
2.2 · You must provide a valid email address. We verify your identity via email codes.
2.3 · You are responsible for all account activity. Do not share your account, do not register with false information.
2.4 · We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts, especially for fraud or abuse.
3 · Paid Products & Subscriptions
3.1 One-Time Products
Including lineage archives, naming reports, renaming advisories. Prices shown at /pricing.
3.2 Subscription Plans
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime at My Account (cancellation takes effect at period end).
3.3 Payment & Invoicing
All payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Privacy Policy).
The invoice entity is Semantic Intelligence Limited (New Zealand registered company).
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices. Existing subscriptions maintain their original pricing. Price changes notified 30 days in advance via email.
4 · User Conduct
When using SILink, you must NOT:
- Use for any illegal purpose
- Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Abuse AI to generate harmful content (violence, sexual content, hate speech)
- Reverse engineer or scrape our data
- Attempt to bypass payment, quota limits, or security measures
- Maliciously attack our infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute our services without express written permission
5 · Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Rights
The SILink platform, AI personas, databases, algorithms, designs, and content are owned by Semantic Intelligence Limited and affiliates, protected by copyright law.
5.2 Your Content
Your conversations with Xiao Yu / Atlas, content you upload, remain yours. We only obtain a limited license necessary to provide the service.
5.3 AI-Generated Content
Reports, naming suggestions, lineage analyses generated by SILink for you · you have commercial rights to use, but note:
- AI-generated content may resemble others' / public materials
- We do not guarantee exclusivity
- Using AI-generated names for business should be paired with trademark searches
6 · AI Content Disclaimer
SILink's lineage analyses, naming suggestions, enterprise intelligence reports are reference services based on AI models + Chu's lineage theory. They do NOT constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, or any professional advice. For significant decisions, consult licensed professionals in the relevant field.
Lineage theory is an academic framework based on 20+ years of Chinese character research. We make best efforts for accuracy but do not guarantee:
- Absolute correctness of reports
- Naming suggestion success rates in all business contexts
- Cross-cultural prediction accuracy
7 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SILink is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the past 12 months
- This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (gross negligence, willful misconduct)
8 · Termination
8.1 You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time (contact us).
8.2 We may terminate accounts for serious violations, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, illegal use.
8.3 After termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted (except as required by law).
9 · Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
9.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, submit to the Auckland Arbitration Centre, conducted in Chinese or English.
9.3 You do not waive rights granted by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
10 · Miscellaneous
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
10.2 If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect.
10.3 English and Chinese versions are equally authoritative. In case of ambiguity, English prevails.
10.4 You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
